Client referrals are received from many different sources, such as: the client, a family member, a neighbor, a church member, the client’s physician, a discharge planner from a facility, and the department of Social Services.

How do I choose the right agency?

In selecting a home care provider a client should verify that the Division of Facility Services has licensed the agency. A license ensures to the public that the agency has met specific standards of care mandated by the licensure board.
